Returns & Refunds

At Expo Furniture, we want you to feel confident when purchasing furniture from us. We understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable for your needs, so we have established the following returns and refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Your Right to Cancel

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory cancellation period. Certain products or circumstances may be excluded from cancellation rights, including products that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it enters the delivery process.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, additional return arrangements may apply.

Returning Furniture

Returned products must generally be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused or appropriately handled
  • Complete with all relevant parts and accessories
  • Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Because furniture is often large and difficult to transport, customers should contact us before arranging any return.

Please do not send furniture back without receiving return instructions from Expo Furniture.

Furniture That Has Been Assembled

If a product has been assembled, used or modified after delivery, this may affect your ability to return the product or the amount of any refund.

We recommend checking the product carefully before assembly whenever possible.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your furniture arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the damage or fault
  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, replacement part, partial refund or full refund where appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to arrange the appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and the returned product has been received and inspected where necessary, we will process any refund due.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Delivery Costs

Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, Expo Furniture will handle the matter in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Where you are returning an item simply because you have changed your mind, applicable return or collection costs may depend on the circumstances and the product.

We will provide the relevant information when you contact us about your return.

Products Excluded From Returns

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where permitted by law.

This may include furniture that is:

  • Made specifically to your requirements
  • Customised or personalised
  • Made to order
  • Altered at your request

If an item has specific return conditions, these will be communicated before or during the purchasing process where applicable.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.

Where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer legislation, you may have additional rights.
